These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 24Plus service ("Service") operated by DANGAM Soft Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us"). The Service includes the 24Plus website (24plus.ai.kr), mobile applications, MCP (Model Context Protocol) API, and all related sub-services.
These Terms become effective when published on the Service or otherwise notified to Members. We may revise these Terms within the bounds of applicable laws. Changes will be notified at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to Members) via in-app notice and email. Members who disagree may terminate their contract. Failure to express objection after notification shall be deemed acceptance.
A service contract is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the application.
Paid subscriptions may be fully refunded within 7 days of payment if the Service has not been used. For partially used subscriptions, prorated refunds apply per our policy. Auto-renewal may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date; access continues until the end of the billing period. EU residents are entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Birth data entered for analysis is processed in real-time by our engine and deleted from server memory immediately upon completion. Raw birth data is not permanently stored in any database.
Conversation content and analysis results are not used to train AI models. Statistical data for service quality improvement is used only after de-identification.
The Service operates in two stages: (1) CAFE converts birth data into quantified structural data → (2) AI interprets the structural data into natural language. The AI does not have direct access to raw birth data; it receives only the de-identified analytical structure produced by the engine.
Intellectual property rights in the underlying technology (CAFE engine, algorithms, source code), design, content, and branding belong to the Company. Members may use analysis results for personal, non-commercial purposes. Enterprise customers may use results commercially per their separate agreement. Commercial redistribution or integration into third-party services without prior written consent is prohibited.
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for technical, legal, or improvement reasons with prior notice. In unavoidable cases (system failures, force majeure), post-hoc notice may be given. Permanent discontinuation of paid services will include a refund of remaining fees.
(a) All analysis results are provided "AS IS." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
(b) We are not liable for damages caused by Member negligence (e.g., poor password management, unauthorized entry of third-party birth data).
(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Member in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
(d) For EU residents, this clause does not limit any mandatory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
Members may delete their account at any time via in-app settings or by emailing info@dangamsoft.com. Personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy. We may terminate service after prior notice if a Member commits prohibited conduct or materially breaches these Terms.
The following additional terms apply to Enterprise MCP API usage.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the Suwon District Court as the court of first instance.
However, EU residents may bring proceedings before the courts of their habitual residence under GDPR Article 79. US residents' mandatory state law provisions shall apply. We support dispute resolution through KISA or applicable consumer protection authorities. EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr).
(a) Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. (b) Non-Assignment: Members may not assign rights or obligations without our prior consent. (c) Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service. (d) Language: These Terms are provided in Korean and English. In case of conflict, the Korean version prevails.
